Locksmith work for property managers and landlords

Turnover rekeys, tenant lockouts with clear authorization rules, master key systems and common-area hardware โ€” in Koreatown and Mid-Wilshire, from a California-licensed locksmith company.

What we help buildings with

  • Turnover rekeys โ€” new keys for every new tenant, without replacing hardware.
  • Tenant lockouts โ€” handled under the authorization rules you set (below).
  • Master key systems โ€” so management can reach every unit while tenants only open their own.
  • Common areas โ€” lobby, garage, laundry and storage-room locks.

Authorization you control

Opening a unit is a trust decision, so we work to your rules. Tell us who at your company may request work, whether we may let a tenant into their own unit after checking ID against your tenant information, and who must be called first. Without a clear authorization from the building, a technician won't open a unit for someone who can't prove they live there.

Quotes before work

Each job gets a confirmed price before work starts, and Naklin's service fee is part of that total. For recurring work โ€” say, rekeys at every turnover โ€” ask for a per-lock price you can plan around. How pricing works โ†’

Getting started

We're working on business accounts for property managers in the Naklin app. Until then, call (310) 464-2466 or send a request with your company and building name in the notes, and we'll set things up with you directly.

For one-off jobs in the area, see our Koreatown locksmith services and commercial locksmith work.

How the common building jobs work: rekeying, apartment lockouts and lock replacement. More questions? See the FAQ.

Questions people ask

Will you let a tenant into their unit?

Only under the rules you set and after checking the tenant's ID. Without your authorization, a technician won't open a unit for someone who can't prove they live there.

Can you rekey units between tenants?

Yes โ€” rekeying is usually the most cost-effective turnover step. Ask for a per-lock price if you turn units over regularly.

Do you work outside Koreatown?

We're building our technician network in Koreatown and Mid-Wilshire first. Call about other buildings and we'll tell you honestly whether we can cover them.

Ready when you are. Call (310) 464-2466 or send a request โ€” we confirm whether a licensed technician can take the job, and the price, before anyone heads out.
